To Your Health! pages 6 through 12. This section introduces you to simple steps you can take to keep food out of the temperature Danger Zone.
Use the two (2) foods that you listed in the previous exercise.
This time for each food describe how you would prevent bacterial growth (control the temperature and time) at each stage in the Flow of Food from shopping to reheating.
