KEEP FOOD SAFE - KEEP PATHOGENS AWAY FROM FOOD

Please read the following sections of the booklet, To Your Health! and the accompanying fact sheet. Then complete the questions in "Go with the Flow to Keep Food Safe.”

  • Go with the Flow to Keep Food Safe – Prevent Contamination
    1. Choose two (2) foods that you listed in Assess Your Menu for Food Safety Hazards.
    2. Write the name of each food at the top each “Food” column.
    3. For each food describe how you would prevent contamination at each stage in the Flow of Food from shopping to reheating.

Be sure to print a copy of this activity sheet and then submit the completed form to the instructor.
