This web site will guide you through the three units to complete
the entire course. You will be directed through the following

- Supplemental factsheets
Complete activities and
submit them to the instructor for feedback
- Assess Your Menu for Food Safety Hazards
- Go With the Flow to Keep Food Safe
Do activities with the children in your care
such as:
At the Conclusion
When you have completed the activities and evaluation and submitted
them to the instructor, you will receive a certificate for two
training credits from credits from the University of Massachusetts
Extension and the Massachusetts Department of Education.
