Payment and completion of a short survey (link is below) are required to retrieve directions for accessing the course.

Register for Food Safety for Family Day Care Providers (Links will become active after the middle of August):

Register for the course that runs from September 17 to October 7, 2008.

Register for the course that runs from October 29 to November 18, 2008.

Once you complete the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion by email.

This mini-course is offered by the UMass Extension Nutrition Education Program with funding from the Massachusetts Department of Education, Nutrition, Health, and Safety.
