About Credit Courses

The Department of Nutrition offers undergraduate and graduate courses in nutrition online. Courses are usually 3–credits, and are offered during regular fall, spring, and summer semester periods. Registration is through the Continuing and Professional Education Web site. At this point, the Department of Nutrition does not offer a bachelors degree in Nutrition online. Courses offered may be used for general education credit, or to fulfill requirements in the Masters in Science Education Online program.

In the Fall Semester of 2011, our fourth cohort of students began our Online Master of Public Health in Nutrition program. The next application deadline is October 1st for Spring 2011 matriculation.
